"The care at France Ransom Adult Family Care Home is amazing! My 88 year-old mother with dementia has been there for four months. I could no longer provide the 24/7 supervision she required, but did not want to put her in a facility where she was only checked on every few hours. At Frances Ransom Adult Family Care Home they take only a small number of residents, allowing for very personalized around the clock care. The staff is so loving and treats my mother with respect. They engage the residents in activities and go on outings. The home is very clean and welcoming. The care is wonderful! The communication is excellent. I receive frequent updates and the staff responds quickly to any concerns or questions I have. My mother is very happy there. I highly recommend this home."

"We are so grateful to have found this home so near to our Deltona residence. The other reviews posted here reflect our own experience of Frances’ facility. My dad cared for my mother through her advanced dementia for many years. We would not even consider a larger nursing home or memory care facility—even those with decent reputations cannot offer the ratio of staff to client that Frances and her husband can. We never worried that my mom would be neglected or ignored. It was quite the opposite—the staff spent much of their day (and sometimes early mornings) right by her side with utmost attention and affection. We all know medical/memory care will be expensive anywhere. You cannot put a price tag on this level of care and expression of love for each patient as if they were family."
